How Do I Register?
Registration on ibeGaget website can be done through any of these ways:
1. During the checkout process on the site – click on the ‘’Register’’ button to begin registration. Fill out the form and click the ‘’Submit’’ button to complete your registration.
2. Through the Login link on the top of any page – click on the ‘’Create an Account’’ button to begin registration. Fill out the form and click the ‘’Submit’’ button to complete your registration.
How do I Place An Order On Your Website?
Step 1: Click on the particular product you will like to purchase. You will be taken to the product page, select the product color/quantity that you want.
Step 2: Click on the “Add to cart” button on the page. You will be taken to the shopping cart where a list of products you’ve ordered are listed.
Step 3: Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” to place an order. Follow the onscreen instruction to place your order.
Do I Need To Sign Up To Place Order?
Not at all, you can place your order and make a purchase without having to sign up.
But signing up will make it easier for you while making a subsequent order and also enable us process your orders and provide you with the services and information offered through our website.
What Do I Do If I Don't Get An Order Confirmation Call?
When you place an order and pay online, you will receive a call from us confirming your order. If you don’t get the call, we might need more info from you. Please call us on our customer care lines.
How Do I Track My Order?

Funds Deposit Into Our Bank Account – After placing your order, you will be required to either make a direct deposit or a bank transfer to any of our account numbers. Then call our customer care lines to confirm your payment.

ibeGadget works hard to fulfill all online shopping needs but unfortunately, we don’t accept payments by installment. We will have this option soon for our customers.
Yes we do. Our corporate office is located at 17 Babatunde Street, off Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos State. However since we are online store, once we receive your order, we will deliver it to your doorstep.
